Galatians 4:30 Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.

What does the scripture say?  And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking.  Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.  (Genesis 21:9,10) Now we understand that God  used Sarah’s  dealings with Hagar seeing Hagar represented the flesh, her son was by the flesh in that Abraham father Ishmael out of desire for a son. But Isaac was of the promise, that God made to Abraham and Sarah though She being past child-bearing years God intervened and She born Isaac. If you go back to Genesis Abel start the Godly line and it takes a Sovereign all powerful God to maintain it.  So if you doubt in your short life that God cannot intervene in your walk you would be sadly mistaken. I’m sure Sarah did not know God was working in the background, just as we don’t today and I’m sure as Sarah thought it was by her doing, we do to.   And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called (Genesis 21;12) Here God confirms to Abraham it was by His good pleasure  that all this has transpired. So if we are to gleam from this verse let us understand that; ” And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28) And His purpose will not be thwarted my man. Has he said and will He not make it good.
