Galatians 5:8 This persuasion is not from him who calls you.

Who had been the deceiver as an instrument in their effectual calling; meaning  they were persuaded to give into,  circumcision and the works of the law, these ungodly men claiming is was necessary to salvation, and that these works and laws were to be joined with the righteousness of Christ for justification. Such  conceit as this could never be of God, nor any evangelical minister, but must be of Satan or his emissaries, the false apostles. This calling  and persuasion came from enemies of Christ. Those who were still in bondage to Satan. These men loved darkness and love to change the truth of God into a lie. But those who are the called will persevere and finish the race. Those who fall away  had a foot on each side of the fence.  And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. (Romans 8:30) What is so comforting about this verse is; “predestined”, “called” “justified”, “glorified” there is no “if” in between them, there is no “if you” it is one complete cycle, and a Sovereign God holds it all together. So if your Predestined you will be Called,  you will be Justified, you will be glorified. There is no surer promise to be found. And if they stay in bondage to Satan, there is another promise they will spend an eternity in hell separated from God. There are only two eternities, one is Heaven and the other is Hell, if you have been pricked in the heart,  flee to Jesus he will in no way cast you out.
