Ephesians 3:20, 21 Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,

Eph 3:20, 21  Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,  to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Psalms  37:4  Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.  The Hebrew word for delight may not delight you it means ( to be soft or pliable)  Our natural disposition is to be tough and hard in all our ways. Pliable no way I as solid as a oak tree. But we are to delight ourselves in the Lord he must be soft, so He can mold us into the image of Christ. We must be pliable so God can bend and shape us. So are you soft and pliable (Delight) in the Lord?  If you totally summit to the sovereign will of God in your life, then He will give you the desires of your heart, because your heart desires will be His hearts desire. knowing that whatever circumstance come your way good or bad God shots His arrows and they never miss the mark. It is tough to deny yourself and your fleshly desire, but if you want to delight yourself in the Lord you must die to self.

According to the power that is at work in us, the Holy Spirit is our source of power to deny our selves and be soft and pliable in the hand of the potter. And what ever Godly desires we have God can do far more abundantly more than we ask or even think. Again I want to stress the christian walk is a spiritual walk, we can not walk in the flesh. When we are saved we enter into a spiritual realm, our understanding has to be spiritual in nature. First to worship God, second to grow in Grace and knowledge, and third our battles are spiritual in nature. Paul closes out Ephesians chapter 3,  with to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
